im not even going to bother helping you because of your $%^@#@#!!!

Don't you understand? MAJOR issues with hackers and people who like to charge random things to credit card numbers will arise. I don't want anyone to have to deal with that!

Come to think of it, i'd say that i wouldn't even recommend sending such information over a secure connection, even a very good one, even with the best programmer. I'd have to recommend that you should not do that.

remember kids ~ Hackers can get into anything and everything they want, they can do anything... The system is not safe, even the best program out there can be hacked.

If your serious about having a hosting company, then you need to invest some money into an SSL cert and a billing package such as Modernbill or WHM.Autopilot.
Sending credit card information via email is highly insecure and I would advise you NOT to do it. As stated above, nobody here will help you put your customers at such risk.

Well it wont let me send PM's so i'm just gonna have to talk to you here. I don't know what to do then. I have a paypal account, but no cc or ba to put on it to verify it, and i have about $40 in it. I'm trying to start out with only free billing managers, scripts, Cpanels, etc.. so that if my hosting company goes down, i wouldn't have lost anything. I have found everything i need, my server, and Cpanel is up now all i need is a way for my customers to sign up, and for me to charge there credit card, for free.

Nothing is for free. If you don't have the capital to start a hosting company, maybe you should not be in the business. If you can't pay for basic needs such as SSL, software, merchant account etc.. how do you expect to gain clients? Advertising is not free.

I say take some time off.. save moeny, write a business plan, and start again when you are prepared. I don't think now is the time for you.

Please take this as contructive critisism, I've seen many hosts come and go simply because they failed to plan things our and do things right.

Well the problem is that i'm 15 years old, and theres no way of me getting hold of a credit card, so theres no way for me to pay for anything. The only thing i need is a billing manager to charge my clients, can you tell me the cheapest billing manger for windows 98? And just wonder, about how much a month do you make from your hosting site?

You cannot be in the webhosting business !
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must take the responsibility for the hosted sites
in your network ... Try making Hosting Affilate Company
There is one company that have two plans
40GB and 60GB of band.
The company have everything for FREE,
you just got an affilate percent, they have a system
for all the work, and they do all of the support !

http://www.resellerspanel.com/

Simply you menage a hosting company
and get Affilate Percent Commision
They have support 24/7 at their forum and trought phone

Here is an example with your fiture hosting company:

http://www.globalwebbrands.com/
or
http://www.dmhp.net/

Take this like an advice

When you make 18 you will open a firm
and manage your webhosting business LEGAL

Now you will try this reseller panel and see that
the webhosting business is not a fast wave to get rich

At 15 years, you must worry about studying not making money.I suggest you wait a couple of years, raise some money, build a good business plan, and than you can start your webhosting company, don`t loose those $40 for nothing, spend them with a girl , or raise them . Do not take this as an offence, rather an advice.

Yes, no point in starting now.

So lets say you got the form, you get a person's credit card details; what are you then going to do?

It has to be processed, so your looking at something like this http://www.worldpay.com
