Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes:

I have aproblem with some of my sites. In short the www.site.com version of the site no longer resolves, site.com works ok. I can neither ping the www version. Its as if its not there.

Now this is where it get strange. I use NTL as a service provider and so does a friend living locally, we both have the same problem. So I tried the local library and access is ok from there. It is also ok if I use a web proxy.

Any ideas what has gone wrong. If anyone can help one of the urls is:

www.myecardgreetings.com

I have contacted NTL and they claim there is no problem there.
I have a site on another server and that works ok.

Both the www and non-www version work for me.

Are the www versions resolving for you now?

Both are working fine for me also. It sounds like it could be a DNS propogation timing issue.

The WWW version is still not working for me. I have posted on other forums and everyone seems to be able to access it but have complained that it is slow.

It sounds like a problem with the nameserver you are using. Send an email to your ISP's technical support.
