I dont believe what has happend to me

For six months l have grafted adding about a thousand products to my site
on tuesday those dicks at www.web-mania.com lost all my data everything

they claim that there hard disc was corupted and the mirror disc now i am out of business just got brill ranking on yahoo and msn now nothing all the pages that have been indexed just point to an empty database.

l have noticed a few forums have mentioned this problem with web-mania in the past if anyone has had a problem in the past could thay contact me l would like to sue the *** of them if possible

i really dont know what to do any advise would help

If their HDD got corupted that is not their fault.. this sh** happens anytime to anyone. Do they do backups?

If they have no backup change host, you should always make backups yourself.

Backups are invaluable, especcially in a situation like this. With a recent backup, you could easily move to a new host, restore your backup and be back up and running very quickly.

You host should have backups made and restored them for you once the hd problem was repaired. If your host does not do backups, you need to find a new one host, the real cheap hosts usually don't worry about things like backups so watch out.

That is a real shame, they have been around quite some time and still they don't backup data.

I remember losing data and from then on it was time to backup, can't replace it ever
