...sucks. The prices are good, its fine for domains, but stay away from their hosting. They have the worst support out of the 5 host ive been on. The most common answer you will get is "I dont know", but I have received "I dont care" as well or "Its not my problem", They are extremely slow, have no real trouble ticket system available, and are rude. I would avoid at all cost.

Actually they are really good. We own a gaming company on them with over 20,000 members. Very fast considering we have proxiers every day which we are working on stopping.

Anyways, I think they are great. We where late on a payment a few months ago "on accident" and we paid it a few days late and they said it was ok. We got the 349.00 a month server.
