I'm looking for reseller webhosting for my webhosting company, mainly because the people im on right now are really anoying me by having lots of downtime (for up to 20 Hours).

I have a question about reseller plans in general, sorry if I go a little off-topic:

if I buy a reseller plan and one of my clients needs support, who has to provide the support? me? the upper level company from which I take my server?

If your a reseller, you will usually provide the support but some companies will also provide your clients support/and you may also provide the support yourself..
