I was told to wait 30 days for a refund from hostingplex and its been 31 days and they are not responding to emails, support tickets or there forum....what can i do?

Issue a chargeback with your credit card company. Or if it's only a few dollars, then just walk away and consider it gone.

It has now been 31 days since they said they would this is rediculus and my credit card actually refused it but paypal sent payment anyway so i have a negative balance on paypal so i cant do i credit card chargeback since its basicly paypals money i used.

And its around $64 so for a ill 16 year old out of work that money is needed as i have no other way to bring my balance back up.

Paypal won't help me as hosting is a service, none of them are answering emails or pm's the guy on msn just said "Oh, I thought you were awaiting the status of your paypal complaint?" and now he is ignoring me. The best i got out of david was "poor you".

Is there anything i can do against hostingplex?

Just this very day, Mr. Moonlight, the president told me via email
"there is a limitation to our system and how old of a transaction we can refund, our refund policy is 30 days from the transaction date. "
Good luck. I'm in the middle of a "give me my money back" with them too, with some differences.
