Have you read the documentation on the Apache website yet? That would be the first place to start.

First download apache http://apache.intissite.com/httpd/bi...x86-no_src.exe and run the installer, should be self-explanatory.

The documentation is pretty straight forward, http://httpd.apache.org/docs/windows.html
