I am not sure what you are looking for here. Are you a hosting company looking for someone to admin your system. Do you have a shared plan? Reseller Plan? Sysadmin is kind of broad. Are you looking for someone to do this for free? Part-Time? Full-Time?

Dedicated server sysadmin on which different users can backup and restore their websites via ftp. Need admin to maintain server; security, patches, performance, uptime, etc.. Looking to pay as low as possible per month but reasonable for the service recieved.

How many hours per day/week/month. Good sysadmin's charge around $50-75 per hour
