I use dot5hosting.com it has php/mysql 50 gigs of transfer per month and 1500 megs of storage. It also comes with pre-installed scripts and a cgi-bin. You can have shopping carts and it comes with paypal. The best part is it's only 5 bucks a month and comes with one free domain registration. There help is excellant and it runs on a linux based OS so it doesn't suck like a microsoft product.

For the record, Linux is not any better then Windows. It's just a matter of preference and needs.

Linux doesn't crash as much, has less bugs and is open source so programmers can customize their programs. It also allows you to use .htaccess, a very useful feature.

They are popular enough so I'm not surprised they receive good reviews.
