The thing with co.nr is that it's a free domain so the company can easily go under without leaving a trace. It will be better to go for other options instead. Cheap doesn't always means good.

are you making this forum for personal interest or would you like to make money from it? If you want to make money from your site, it is vitual you do some research and find a good host. There are plenty of free and other dirt cheap hosts but most of them are not realiable or they require pop-up adds. Think about what you want from your fourms and if you want your vistors to have to deal with downtime or Pop-ups. Hope this advice helps
