Last month after several accusations of me spamming their support system (I sent three questions to them in a row, nothing wrong with that, but they started crying that a customer is abusing them) I quit. Actually they asked me to leave as well which I gladly did. They even refunded my last month's hosting fee of $99. This month (today)( I just got charged $99 again on my Visa and I just received the following email from WEBMASTERS.COM:

"WEBMASTERS.COM
4465 W. Gandy Blvd., Suite 801
Tampa, FL 33611 USA
(813) 837-8000
Tax ID: 65-0525520

--- PAYMENT RECEIPT ---

Service Provided: Managed Hosting for *********.com
Payment Date: 12/8/2005

Total Amount Charged (in U.S. Dollars): $99.00

The above amount was automatically charged to the credit card we have on file for your account. If you have any questions or feel that the above amount is incorrect, please feel free to contact us at billing@webmasters.com. Thank you for your business, it is always a pleasure to serve you!

Best regards,

WEBMASTERS.COM
Billing Department"

This is after I left, move my sites somewhere else and cancelled my account before 1st of the month. Must be a mistake of their (error) but a GOOD, HONEST COMPANY does not make such mistakes.

By the way. Why my posts are being deleted? There was nothing wrong in them. Last post

Two things ...

First ... good honest companies can make such mistakes. I do not work for webmasters.com nor have I ever used webmasters.com but the people behind it are just human. You should have contacted them before posting such a hateful post.

Second of all ... are you sure you posted to this site several months ago ... I know that most people on this forum are also posting on other forums and people can easily get confused on where they posted certain things.

You are to judgemental. BREATHE! You jump to conclusions and accuse people to fast. This isn't a rant board ... this is a board that was created to share ideas and to help fellow webmasters.

You mean this post?

MightyMaster is right, it very well could be human error here. Your account was cancelled but the recurring transaction with the credit card proccessor was not. Simple mistake. Have you tried contacting webmasters.com regarding this?

*the red phone is ringing*

I heard good things about webmasters.com . Since they initialy refunded you a fee of 99$ i believe the last charge could be a mistake. You should contact them and ask for a refund.
