first of all the servers down time has purely been the fault of the colocation company hosting the servers, they "accidentally" deleted and decommissioned the hosting server (including wiping the hard disk).

Usual excuses, data centre's don't do accidents, especially with data and if they did you should have a backup system

oh how i wish what you say is true... would have saved me a lot of time money and heart ache... like i said, everything was deleted

just wondering, if we had new servers and raised our prices and set limits, does that make us more reliable??

If you have normal prices
you will be more reliable of cource ...
