I used to know of a way to go to a website and tell who hosts it. If anyone knows what it is, could they please post it here?

One way it to check the DNS servers another way is to do an IP whois and find out who owns the IP, all these functions can be found at http://www.dnsreport.com/ and through the link at the top to DNSstuff , though currently they appear to be down from my location.
