- min. 10 Subdomains, eMail (POP3), ftp, php, cgi, mod_rewrite (enabled), min. 99% uptime, cpanel with fantastico addon (optional, but would be great!), mysql, 1 domain inclusive (optional).
- Max. price / per month: 1$ - 10$

hmmm ..... at least one IP per-Package?? and on a different C block? with 40 Gigs of bandwidth? and a professional webhosting company to boot?

Well rest of the stuff you are requesting seems resonable but personally the above request seem a bit far out there.
