I was looking around and I found a few hosts, but I am wondering from you guys if you know of any sites that give: a shell server(for game hosting), unlimited emails, unlimited mysql, support for most languages(php, ssi, cgi mainly at least), and a good amount of space and bandwidth. I found a couple of good hosts but I believe the best so far that I have found is Hostgator(www.hostgator.com), which doesn't tell if it supports shell or not.

My budget would only allow about $10/month

You will not find any host that allows shell access for less then $10/month. Most hosts don't even offer it, period. If you want shell access be prepared to spend some money or go with a dodgy host.

Your best bet, if you want shell, is to get yourself a VPS server.

Yeah, in my experience, shell access is going to be sort of tricky to get. Like he said, you might be able to find a shady host that allows it, but I wouldn't trust them with my money to be honest...
