my host i think is quite good value for money. i paid 5 bucks for 1 year domain and it has free hosting, but only 25mb space and 1gb bandwidth. and theres ads and if you use frames theres an ad every frame.

but you can upgrade though

Actually, it doesn't really, sorry if this sounds harsh but you can certainly get a better deal than that. I know NevaCious has better offers for example.
