I have just finished up coding my new web service and need some beta testers to sign up to help me stress test the application before I go live with the project. I figured a webmaster forum may be a good place to drum up some testers 
When I was first looking for hosting I had a terrible time finding a reliable host, so I came up with this program to help me know for sure how my host was performing!
BTW, I ended up finally going with rackspace.com for my hosting. They cost a pretty penny, but the network uptime has been 100% for the 3 years I've been with them, and the support is phenomenal. If you need serious hosting they're definitely worth the price to never have to worry about the status of your web site.
Anyhow, more about my project, Host Tester is a site monitor that will monitor your web site and notify you via email if your site is not responding. It simulates a user navigating to your site and if it can't reach your site for any reason you'll be notified instantly.
I'm aware there are several sites offering this service already but I plan to price mine significantly lower than the alternatives currently available and during the beta test period it's absolutely free with no billing information required.
