It's virtually impossible for anyone to give a definitive response to your question. I would recommend creating a list of some 20 or so providers and then doing your own research on them, sending presales emails etc. It is good to see you have a reasonable budget.

Not sure whether they accept Paypal, but www.siteground.com is good. Their support is great and I've heard loads of good reviews about the. Worth considering.

Host Sapphire offers UNLIMITED package which is impossible. So, conclusion, either they are not realiable or they are just lying by saying UNLIMITED, either way, BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDD DDDDDDDDDD!

I would suggest that you should go for reliable and reputed hosting providers. You must ensure particular hosting companies for their uptime, service, 24/7 support.
You should also check their response time and offer for money back guarantee.
I would recommend few; hostgator, Lunar pages, wayHost.

watch out with some of those prices. $5 a month for 100gigs of bandwidth is really really cheap. buyer beware.

Well, I'm sure that if you check the web, you would find that SiteGround has a pretty good reputation. I have personally tried their support, which was fantastic. All my questions were answered within minutes and their live support was on everytime I checked during the last three weeks. Not advertising for them, but I think they are really a great web host. I am going to try them out anyway.

Nice support for low prices

They are actually pretty expensive you know. Plus supports are usually 24/7 for other web hosts, while they offer 90% of the time only.

I would just like to add (since the edit button somehow disappeared), DreamHost is good too.

Why I'd not sign up to redz, they have no billing script, they use an @yahoo.com for Paypal and they are unverified, anyone can get a Paypal address
