In a couple of days i will get a new dedicated server with cPanel. Since i am using Plesk now i will need to transfer all my clients data to the new server. Are you aware of any program wich can do this ? Or any method to do it ? All help is very much apreciated.

Tnx in advance.

I am not aware of a solution, but maybe you can find some help via http://forums.cpanel.net (registration is free)

Maybe you can try asking over at webhostingtalk.com in the appropriate section. Maybe a Plesk host can help out.

I think you should go manually.
Otherwise, I feel you should take help of professional and reputed tech support companies. Reliable and reputed Tech support companies have tech savvy and professional certification holding engineers. I hope you will definitely find solutions over there.

Most likely my sysadmin will do all the work. I have to transfer a lot of clients and that includes databases, user names etc.. and Plesk is very different from cPanel... it could take a day or so..
