I've been with Ev1Servers (Rackshack) for years. But last time their support is really terrible.

Please advice web hosting with good tech support and prices/quality of Ev1Servers.

I too recommend The Planet. They have definetely better support than ev1server

Yep, I'm looking for new hosting for dedicated servers. It seems Ev1Servers managers don't care what happening with their client's servers anymore. They even don't read trouble ticket till the end and don't answer for tickets during 5-15 hours.

I'll try The Planet. By the way, how their support work (emails, live help, trouble tickets system etc)? And how much time they usually need to resolve simple problem?

Do you've contacted their tech support to resolve the isssue? I think as you mentioned that you 're with them from years you should get resolve your issue from themselves.
If you don't get it done you should visit few forums and get an idea after going through the reviews of some of the host providers considering your budget and requirement.

I would recommend few reliable and reputed host providers; Hostgator, Lunar pages,Eukhost, fastservernet.
