Here is the story:
I ran a site called
www.gamemercenary.com, I had an upload script written in perl that worked fine with their over-piced standard plan. when I didnt have enough do dish out $20/month for a simple website I swithched to their 11/month basic plan. my perl script stopped working. after one hour with tech support (fater than normal) the almost non-english speaking person told me that I needed the more costly plan. at that I left.
pros:
good sitebuilder, but easy to use elsewhere.
easy to use
cons:
more than 4 times what I pay for better hosting
techs that dont know what they are talking about and even if they did they can hardly speak english
slow
the sitebuilder allows for NO outside mods whatsoever
featureless unless you pay for the better one and even then....
pricey
