I think for you if cheaper is the better then quality might not be your priority bcoz cheaper is not always better. Look for a reliable hosting company that fulfill your need at an affordable rate & also provide 24/7 support.

At the rate, he is using up the bandwidth, I doubt he can afford to go for affordable rates. 2TB of bandwidth is a lot to ask for so low-cost is his main piority for now.
