That will be less than $4/month. It will not be very possible unless it is a small reseller account.

For a normal web hosting account, maybe you can find something for that price but hardly possible for a reseller account even for low-cost or budget reseller hosting.

It really isn't possible - I'm sorry. Raise your budget a few dollars and you'll have much better luck I think!

I guess it depends on who you talk to.... I've had my site at hostingplex for over a year now and have had no down time, no extra billing, streaming video, guest book for problems or complaints, etc, etc...

Don't forget, to get it that low you are sharing server time and bandwidth. If it is more important to be 100% all the time you will have to cough it up at hostingplex as well as anywhere else. They have those packages also.

The decision must be made at the user level but as for my personal experience the site can not be beat.... I even got a free "mydomain.com" address with the purchase ($25/year or more otherwise). No complaints for the price on this end...
