Hi to everyone, one friend is searching for
free shoutcast hosting. I don't want to host
shoutcast radio server on my servers
becouse this will lag the servers, and I am asking
all of the members here is anyone know free shoutcast
hosting for shoutcast radio server hosting ?!

I'm pretty certain you wont find this. As you said, it lags servers, it takes a heck of a lot of bandwidth and is basicly a recource hog.
