Well, I'm not so picky, and I don't really make money from my personal/own site, so I get as cheap and as reliable hosting as possible. And I came across MKOH, which only guarantee 99.5%, it is ok for me though, my site isn't that bunch of visitor or so... But it's a lie dude... Totally a lie, I track the uptime/downtime in siteuptime. And got this:

I was too late to show it actually, that is until this month, last month I have a 88.XX% uptime... Not really recommended

88 is not good, well its ok depending ont he price you where paying, people often also complain when their hosting is free why? they are giving you it for free!! cant expect everthing from them

Well, IMO even for free hosting that uptime is very bad.

I would say its ok for the amount you pay for hosting with them.
But I agree they need to improve on uptime.
