I just signed up (agian, they lost my old site in crash or something) and everything is fine.

The problem is that you can not expect a free host to provide a good support. i suggest you guys to go for a cheap and realible offers but to pay for a web hosting.

Paid hosting is always the better option. But free hosts do have their place in the industry. If you don't care about uptime, support, or data security then free hosting is good for you. All others should be on paid plans.

I only use free hosting for testing out PHP/MySQL before I go and buy actual hosting.
Edit: Oh and pandela offers great support, it took them only a couple of hours to answer my question.
