Hi,
I had a reseller hosting to run several sites.
But these days, sometimes i can't open them even I still can use FTP to upload files... My hosting provider said the issue was caused by the Internet connection but other sites (yahoo, goole, wht,...) can be opened smoothly... so I wonder what is happening...
Is there any tools/ways to let us know exactly where is the problem once we can't reach a website?

What error you get when you open your website? Or it gets timed out. Send the URL of your website so that we can understand the problem.
You can monitor your website using services like alertra.com

Please I am having the same problem too. I dont know if its from my cpanel, I really dont know much about websites and had someone set one up for me recently, I cant access the site for about 7hrs now and I dont know if its something that I have switched off or on in my control panel.. please someone help

Make one tracert and/or ping
to the server and see where is the problem
to the international peering map.
