Hi I have 3 Dedicated Servers at THE PLANET
with each month 100.0% SLA Uptime.
But from 2 months I have bought one small VPS server
from ev1servers, I heard very good things about them, their
support is better than THE PLANET, but their speed and
service uptime is the worst I have ever seen. My VPS small
server is with 100.0MBPS international speed, but I am with
ADSL 2mbps internet connection guaranteed. When I download
from my webmail I have seen that i get only 60kb/s and that
was horrible. But this is not all. Their service uptime is auful.
Last month had 99.5%, this month to today date is 99.751%.
I have one hosting partner company in Bulgaria that have many
uptime problems with them, but I thinked that his server is not OK.
I got one VPS with virtuozzo the cheaper to see their service and
I am happy that I do that I will cancel my server before the holidays.
Are Sagonet and SAVVIS good ? Are 1and1 good for VPS and/or Dedicated Servers ? Are Aplus.net good for dedicated servers ? Please tell me many dedicated and vps hosting companies in USA with 100.0MBPS uptime burst servers.

There world internet peering map is worst than the planet and 1and1.
I got 192ms from Bulgaria to ev1, 1and1 133ms theplanet 177ms
sagonet 180ms savvis 184ms.
Please tell me extra cheap Dedicated and VPS, but quality networks with at least 12gbps network datacenter speed.
I have very bad about ev1servers and I think this company have shamed themselves !
