I thought that is the best way. I am just seeing if there is some "magical" way that is easier. My plan is to FTP everything on my computer, move the files to the new computer, then point the domain to the new DNS. Sorry for the easy questions guys, but this will be my first move.

Does each computer use CPanel? If so I have heard that facilitates a fairly easy transfer.
There is also FTPX which is a sub protocol of FTP that some servers support. If both your servers support this then you can do a server to server ftp transfer which will likely be much faster than downloading to your computer then uploading to the new server.
If you have root WHM access on both servers, you can easily migrate all your accounts using the "Copy multiple accounts from another server" feature in your WHM. Good luck.
