I am looking to upgrade my server from 256 RAM to at least 1 Gig. They are closed for sales questions right now. Anyone have any experience with upgrading their dedicated server?

Also, it is simple to request more bandwidth?

It's basically the same process as upgrading your desktop PC - except rackmounted computers are a little more accessible. In short, it's a 2 minute job.

It really does depend on the company. If there's no mention of upgrades on their site, don't count on them, as they may be a reseller who don't have physical access to the server.

They do have physical access to the server as far as I know. I will try after the holidays and keep you guys updated.
