nice prices, good features and good servers. here are my recomendations

have more plans, I would add a 2gig space and 20gig bw and a 4gig space and 40gig bw plan. also, the site plans when you click on shared hosting are hard to read (in firefox anyways). otherwise you look like a good hosting company.

Thank you for you recommendations. We are currently in the process of looking at our site and redisgning it in order to cope with more browser settings and screens. On our TFT monitors we find that it is very eary to read yet on a CRT monirot can be quite hard to read. We will be changing the site in accordance to this!

As for larger hosting packages, we are currently looking into larger packages and will be making the decision in the coming months whether to add them or not! I would like to thank you once again for taking the time to look at the site and make some suggestions!

What is your monthly cost for providing these services for only $0.99 / month? Or do you have thousands of customers so that do not need to worry about your costs?

lets think, for hosting that cheap I wouldnt care if I am on a reseller server.

here is a possible configuration
server cost: $45/month
comes with:
space: 10 gigs
bw: 100 gigs

they offer 100 megs/ 1gig bw
meaning you have 100 accounts possible per server, that would take care of the costs and then some if it was half full.

Unfortunately i can not discuss the costs of our hosting.

However we are not doing it for the profit. My partner and I are fed up of signing up for hosting packages that look good on the outside but once youve paid your money you get nothing but rubbish in return!
