any one out of you can provide me hosting for file sharing and uploading like megaupload.com and rapidshare does i need hosting with 20 Gb space and about 500 Gb bandwdth and if need more i will upgrade my account

File sharing can eat up a lot of space and bandwidth rather quickly. Be prepared to move into a dedicated server after a short amount of time if your site is successfull.

I think currently you can start with a vps server and then move on to a dedicated server.

20GB/500GB in this price range is going to oversold, unmanaged and/or worthless. You need to rethink your entire game plan here. Quality costs alot more than $40/mo for that much resources.
