Hello everybody,
Like most of you know i own a search engine called "WinSrev", we decided to upgrade the main parts of WinSrev and again upgraded, but now were currently creating a Java crawler that can go 15x faster retrieving alot more fresh content.
At WinSrev we believe that to get into a search engine should be free although soon we shall provide services such as sponsored links in which who ever hosts us will get, for example. If a host decides to host us for free they will earn any money that we will make, it could be anything.
All we need is space, bandwidth and speed. Obviously i cant pay, i just dont have the money.
This project has been going for nearly one year now and has started to change how search engine rankings work. As they say "Content Is King".
We do have a domain name which my friend kindly pays for. This project wont be stopped in the next few months as soon as we get some where to host it, no, it will go on until i die, probalise last longer. I hope to make a big index thats easy search-able.
The crawler will be running constantly on this server that the host supplies, this may slow down the server slightly although we can configure it.
I would really like a host to reflect on this, you could be making big bux.
