Hi guys,
How can we view web statistics with Plesk?
in my case, i used the URL: http://mydomain.com/plesk-stat/webstat
and tried with my Plesk acc and my ftp acc.
but I always receive the error message

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
----------
any suggestion?

I'm not familiar with how Plesk is set up, but I would think you log into your Plesk control panel and there would be a link or icon in there to access your wen stats. That assumes your web host provides them for you which they should.

Like I said I'm not a Plesk user so I don't know for sure, but that's the basic procedure with other control panels I've used.

yep... in Direct Admin or CPanel, we can view our statistic easily...
I am not familiar with Plesk either that why I need help in the basic stuff
Plesk also have button name Web Stats when you choose Report for your Domain, then a popup window [http://yourdomain/plesk-stat/webstat] appear & require you to login, but I can't use my FTP or Plesk acc there

Perhaps your host would be the best people to ask. Sorry, I'm not familiar with Plesk.

First thing to do , you must check if the web statistics are enabled for your domain. After that you have to setup a username and password because the directory is password protected.

cuongdm I found this at godaddy about web stats in plesk if it helps:

You can also access your Web stats in Plesk from the Domain screen by clicking Report and then clicking Web stats.

It could just be that the web stats haven't been enabled too like Raulicã mentioned.

Otherwise I would think your general login for the account would have worked.
