I wouldn't say he's getting ripped. If he's completly happy with the host and the host meets all of his needs, then it doesn't matter what the price is. There is more to hosting then just pricing, think: peice of mind.

It depends on how much quality he is paying for, actually. His server might be less crowded than yours. You get what you pay for after all.

I'm paying more for the security and customer service than I am for the space and BW.

If you want a canadian host try vistapages. Theyre based in canada. They offer much better deals than what u got, which is a total rip off BTW
