I have had an account with edatarack.com..... Worst host ever...

I need another reseller account with a different company to move all of my sites there.
At edatarack I am getting 4000MB space and 400000MB bandwidth (40gig/400gig) at $15 per month. Does anyone know of any resellers hosts that are cheap? Edatarack has gone down twice in one month and created me two account since I they have a problem with their Apache. And told me to delete 4 of the new accounts on the old host and add them to the new account. The only problem is the Apache is messed up on the old account so I can't add or delete any accounts. In turn I have had 5 webpages that can't be added. I have been waiting over TEN days to get a few domains added. The tech support sucks. You can only submit tickets, no phone support. It takes atleast two days for them to get back to you. It really sucks. Anyone know of ANY host that is around that price/bandwidth?

Persoanlly, I think that's a major part of why you had that unpleasant experience. Some corners have to be cut in order to have such low prices in place, especially for reseller hosting.

I can only recommmend you take a look at the prices of dedicated servers, and determine for yourself what the price of decent hosting should be.
