Hi, I'm new to this forum.....I am very stressed at the moment and thought maybe I can get some help from members here.
I have been had a reseller account with CWCS for many years, and over that time have built up a nice little portfolio of clients and sites (about 30)
The service has been pretty good over the years, few problems but they usually have been sorted out quickly.
But over the last six months, things have been going down-hill, and getting worse by the day.
It's taking days and weeks to resolve issues, I have lost a few clients because I could not get the problems resolved in time, and now my own domain emails are all screwed up.
My support tickets don't get answered for days, when they do most of my questions are not addressed, my calls don't get picked up and if they do messages don't get returned, I have now decided that CWCS can not be trusted to look after my sites that my customers have trusted to me.
I found this forum from the automated email confirmations of my support tickets
to CWCS, which states that they have won this award and that award, that just used to p*ss me off even more because I wanted to see how and who was giving them these awards.
As this has been the only company I have had a reseller account with, I don't know if this is the standard of service I can expect from other companies or is just that CWCS are going through a bad phase?
My other problem now is how I move all the sites to a new host, they are all on Windows Plesk system, is there an easy way to move them or would I have to do them manually ?
Is there a good hosting company that does provide support and service they advertise, I need a good Windows Reseller account.
