I haven't used them myself, but what's wrong with DreamHost exactly? They've been around for years...if they were that bad and the list is that bad as a result, they'd have been gone by now.
And isn't your comment a wee bit biased, considering?
Anyway, I can think of one that's missing: Sectorlink. These guys have been around for at least 4 years (I've been a customer for 4 years as of March 6th, and had a dedicated box with them over 2). No downtime at all since July of 2003 (when a hard drive crashed), although they did have some minor issues with a mail server when a motherboard died due to overheating (they're machines...they do that.)
Mind you, those have been the ONLY two issues they've had in four years and both have been hardware-related. None of the usual "my site doesn't work" and waiting 24 hours for it to come back up or "these guys never fix my problems the first time" (they once answered a question of mine, correctly, in exactly 60 seconds).
They're the best...it's why I stay a customer. Any host that doesn't shut down in a month is worth something right there.
