Do you need specials tools installed that you need semi-dedicated?
Since 2gb and 80gb is more the specs off a shared account or do you maybe have alot off php scripts and not much static content that you need ALOT off visitors to get your 80gb off traffic?

servint.net is one of the best. I can also reccomend to you spry.com and powervps.com. It also depends on your level of expertise as well, ServINT has fully managed servers while Spry is unmanaged. You'll of course pay more for a managed server.
