For a really unique negative experience, try Plughost. Last Febuary 2006 they have been down a grand total of 52 hours from Feb 1-15. After that i stopped tracking them. This must be a new record for any hosting company... If anyone knows a company that's even worse, Be welcome to post it on here!

Wow, that is a very poor uptime. I agree with the 99.9% uptime. That is just really unacceptable.
