I bought a WHM/Cpanel reseller account last week under the domain hostyourdream.com. They gave me 2 IPs to register my own nameserver (dns1.hostyourdream.com and dns2.hostyourdream.com) so i went where i registered my domain, created the nameservers, and changed the domains nameserver settings to my new nameservers.

The problem i face now is weird: I cant access my site(hostyourdream.com) with my dsl connection but i can when i use dialup(with a different ISP). I contacted my hosting provider and he told me the site works fine and that theres no problem with the DNS settings. But still, when i try with my DSL connection i get the error you get when a site doesnt exist. Can you see the site hostyourdream.com? Whats wrong? Do i have to contact my ISP? Or is something wrong with my DNS?

I get some warning at DNSreport.com but I cant fully understand them..

Plz help! Thx in advance

I'm seeing a site under construction page which I assume is what I should be seeing. The DNS has to be set up right or I wouldn't get that. Since you can see it on dial-up I have to assume there's something off with the dsl connection whether it's on the isp end or on your local end.

Are you connecting to the dsl wirelessly? If so maybe there's a firewall issue in the network. That's all I can think of at the moment. You wouldn't be on the network (assuming you have one of course) when using dial-up.

i ve tried all this thing but nothing worked... probably some ISP i tested (mine included) cant load the site because routing is blocked. I dont know what that happens. The sure thing is that i want every ISP to be able to see my site so im gonna change nameservers again to see if it gets fixed.....

Im really confused, ive tried almost everything 3 days now.....

I don't think it was a DNS problem or none of us would be seeing the site, but you never know maybe it will work. It really strikes me more as something with your particluar dsl connection. Especially if you couldn't ping the site. Did you try to ping the site or the ip?

i tried pinging both (domain and IP) and it didnt work. I dont think we have to find if theres a problem with my computer or my router, because i have asked some friends to try (with adsl modems, different ISPs) and they couldnt load it.

I guess it's not local to your computer then if other people are having problems. It is puzzling. I've never seen something like this before. Hopefully when the latest DNS change resolves everything will be working.
