Has anyone tried yahoo webhosting yet? it seems like they should be okay because of the size of yahoo. well any info on this is welcome.

I totally agree with ldcdc coz judging by the size is not a gud idea. Support and service matters the most.

thats what i mean by size. they are more likely to have a good 24/7 support crew then most of the smaller places. and yahoo has money so they more then likely have decent servers and dont oversell as much as the smaller companies

Actually, it's just the opposite. Big companies like Yahoo offer hosting as a value addes service, it's not their main business income. They have so many other customers that you're just another customer in the call queue. They don't *want* to help you. They *have* to. Because of their size, you will not get a personal experience.

Sure, you can get a pizza at a big franchise pizza company, but I tell you, the smaller local shops make a much better pizza
