I am relaunching my web-based proxy service and I am wondering if I can find any good offers here. As it is a proxy service, please do not make me an offer if it is against your TOS. I noticed that not all webhosts are willing to take in web proxy websites. I don't need a lot of diskspace since it is not a concern at all. I am more concerned about bandwidth and keeping my cost down.

Tentative Requirements
diskspace: 200MB max
bandwidth: at least 15GB
budget: below $10/mth
