I am looking for a excellent company that has FULLY managed dedicated servers. I am FED UP with Ipowers terrible servers and even worse customer service.
I need a fully managed server where I can get a simple reboot and other things done in a timely manner.

Rackspace will provide full management for your dedicated server. But seems too expensive. You can also choose from theplanet.com or ev1 which are semi managed.

Servint and Hostgator provide fully managed dedicated servers and have good reputations. Compared to HG, Servint is more focused on the dedicated market. HG's is more well known for its shared and reseller hosting.

They're who my box is with, and they do a wonderful job with it. It hasn't gone down ONCE since I got it with them 2.5 years ago (geez, that's a long time).
I think you need to talk to Brian if you use them.
They do both Windows (which is what I have) and Linux boxes (which I know next to nothing about).
