Hi Guys,
I'm gonna make this simple as possible.

I bought "domain.com"
I run apache and use my home server as a like a mini file hosting server.
I used to do a virual host setup to make "files.domain.com" point to my home IP addy.
Now, since I have a dynamic IP, I'm getting tired of constanly changing it.

I was wondering if DNS can work with Virtual host.
I want to point "files.domain.com" to "domain.dynadns.com".

Would that work?

If you have a dynamic IP, your DNS software should be adapting it somehow.
The configuration you have specified would only work with Static IP
