Does anyone know of a good company to set up a reseller hosting account with that also offer support for my customer? I just left a company that offered support however their charges just for the hosting account were outrageous every time I turn around I was being charged and I could not figure out why even though I was below my bandwidth and space. Thank you in advance for any replies.

You may look for VPS accounts as well. Some VPS accounts are even more chaper than reseller accounts, and it provides you more flexibility in managing your customer plans etc.

There are some about I believe, but if the support is not good you will get the blame and lost revenue and risk getting a bad name.

My advice is to take care of your own customers!

May we know who was your previous host?

Two hosts that I know to provide end user support are jodohost and varhosting. Thing is one uses H-Sphere, the other cPanel. Of course, like with all hosts, you should check their reputations and decide for yourself if you can trust them or not.

Thanks to everyone for their reply it has given me some insight as to what to do.

I was with VIPHosting. I still do not understand what I was doing wrong to be charge so much. I do know I could not keep paying over 100.00 a week.

I call the companies to try and understand what was happening and I was told to change the amount of space in each plan, which I did however, I was still charged even more. I even asked support to check my plans, but was told to keep an eye on my billing and that would tell me if I was over.

My billing did not indicate I was over my limit; the only thing I understood in billing was that I was being charged. Can you imagine how hurt and upset I was and it is very scary. I was not even with the company a month. Anyway, I am going to do some additional research on different Reseller Hosting companies, I cannot afford to just give away money.

Again, Thank you for your support
