Signed up for it and from what I can see, no nameserver changes (initially) and no FTP. You HAVE to create your site using THEIR software and you can't move it. Fine print says after 60 days you can move it. So I guess, if you just want to snare a free domain registration, it's worth the cost of nothing. But if you know your way around websites and want to FTP things or create your own site, forget it...
