See, I'm trying to find a free web hoster , builder or whatever like Free webs or something that will allow me to install my PHPbb forums in it.. any advice? I'm really new at this, so please take it easy on me.. I need all the help I can get

Just try a free webhost that has cPanel & Fantastico. Fantastico will speed up your process of installing phpBB forums by a lot.

Buildtolearn.com is quite nice. You get hostng according to the amount of posts you make in their forums, and it's ad-free. You'll get cpanel & fantastico too.

If you don't like that though, I'd be glad to host you, but I ask you to put a few ads on your site. You'll get everything that's listed here: Servage.net, except for the free domain name, Web Based Administration Panel, Full DNS Management, Online Web Statistics, Online Filemanager and Multiple Domain Hosting. All the rest will be shared with me of course, but I'm sure your site won't need 1000 GB brandwith or 70 G webspace .

Any cpanel with hfantastico, or zantastico should solve your purpose.
