I have 2 questions about webmail :
1-Is there the ability in webmail to show the email senders IP.
I can't see any settings for it.
2-When I login to webmail does my password/password will be send on clear text form.

You can view the IP address somewhere in the headers. Click on the Full headers button for each message.

Which webmail software are you taling about? Horde? Squirrelmail?
Any email software worth its name would have the option to show compolete headers. Justa matter of looking around and enabling the option.
