I've come across these 2 webhosts:

WWW.STARTLOGIC.COM

I'm wondering, as both offer amazing plans

Bluehost: 6.95/month 15 Gigs Storage/400 Gig Transfer...Free Domain Forever...Site Builder...CPanel

Startlogic: 4.95/month (2 year pre-payment) 15 Gigs Storage/ 500 Gig Transfer..."Free Domain" (but for how long?)...Vdeck

So which one should I choose?
I'm not wondering which one is the better VALUE (I know that by my own eye, Startlogic is cheaper),
but which one has better support,more uptime, and is
just all in all, more worth my money.

I wouldn't choose either one. But from what I've heard from others, Bluehost is better.

Bluehost has had some troubles these past few days with their network, which would make me at least wait a bit to see them end.

I'm with Anacrusis, neither of them are good in my opinion, their the hotshots of the hosting industry and they gloat too much over it. Their are plenty of other companies that don't show up on the first page of google so take your time a look around.

I don't know about BlueHost, but I can tell you to avoid Startlogic. My site's had no http, pop3, or smtp working for as little as an hour or as I write this the entire day. I would've not written this negative review of them if they hadn't disconnected their phone and brought their user message forum board offline. Can't take the negative messages 'ey Startlogic?

I tried Blue Host for less than a month recently. 4-6 donwtimes. Each downtime lasted anywhere from 15 mins to a couple of hours. I cancelled it within 30 days.

I thought Star Logic is associated with iPowerWeb which I would definitely avoid.

Have to say that neither hosts is the worst, but there are better ones out there. I would try HostGator.

They have their own servers setup,
awesome Support( one of the best i found )
Pretty good uptime

I am using it for more than an year
and have purchased 2 years pack last week.

I also agree Hostgator would be the better way to go. A monthly account would be slightly higher at 9.99 but you would not have to prepay in advance. In the long run you'll me much happier.

well i was useing inmotionhosting for some time but they kept saying my site was taking too much "resourses" not BW but just cpu resourses so they kicked me out and
now im using bluehot so far its been grate im hosting like 4 sites on one account
so i thing blue host is really good but i dont knwo much about he other one

If you want to choose between these two. I think Blue Host is better. But decide on your own

I would suggest A Small Orange(really!), Hostgator and HostingMatters. Checkout the sites for price etc. Among the two, I would suggest bluehost, but there are better options available.
